Refunds and Cancellations
There are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows. You may reschedule your appointment if notice is given 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is not rescheduled 24-hours prior, it becomes non-transferrable and no refund policy applies. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment the appointment will be cancelled, and no refund will be given. If you miss or cancel your appointment outside of the terms above, you will not receive a refund and will have to book a new paid appointment.
When purchasing coaching services you acknowledge & understand that:
- Coaching is not therapy and although therapeutic, coaching cannot replace counselling, treatment for mental illness, medical advice or any other professional services.
- Results cannot be guaranteed because they are directly correlated with your ability to understand, receive, and integrate the information, teachings, and tools given to you.
- All outcomes are a reflection of the effort you put in at your own discretion outside of our time together.
- Coaching is a confidential relationship and as your coach, I agree to keep all information strictly confidential, except in those situations where such confidentiality would violate the law or could jeopardize the safety of the client or others.
- For Group Coaching: Information shared in the group setting is private and not to be shared outside of the session.
Recurring Payments
The Accountability Clique is billed on a recurring basis. Every month on the same date based on your signup date. If you choose to change your form of payment it is your responsibility to do so prior to the payment due date.
Declined Payments
All of our payments are processed through PayPal. Any adjustments must be made through their platform. If you are billed and your card is declined, contact PayPal within 48 hours to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours your membership will be cancelled and you will lose access to the course. If your payment is declined more than once, you will be removed from the membership and will not be eligible to purchase memberships in the future.
